A collection launch is a moment, not a schedule. Markarian is a New York house. Malbon is bringing its women's world into the city Markarian was built in. That's the story, and it should be felt in the edit rather than listed.
Everything below is what you asked for. The shot list, the deliverables, the formats. The only thing we're adding is a point of view on how it gets shot and cut, and that costs nothing extra.
It opens on New York. The city itself, cinematic and alive, with The Surrey woven in for the detail and texture, that five-star historic hotel shot the way it deserves. This is a New York story, and the edit tells it like one.
Then the day-in-the-life arc, exactly as your brief calls for. The court at The Reserve, then the cocktail reception and party at The Surrey. Same energy, one subject carried from the game to the night. It's the highest-performing structure you named, and it's the spine of the cut.
Then it turns. The move from court to cocktail is a real energy shift and we cut it like one. Slower and more composed early, faster and louder as the room fills. Music does the work.
And the heart of it is the women. Fifteen of them on the court in the collection. The founders together in front of the rack. Real sound bites pulled through the night so it lands as a story, not a b-roll montage. People will want to have been there, and just as much, they'll want to feel like they were, and to be part of it next time.

All five priority hero shots. The branded nets, balls, towels and glassware. The gift bag flat-lay and the insert card. The 15-person group shot on court. Slow-mo serves at 120fps, low-angle footwear, reaction shots, water-break candids. Individual portraits and duo candids court-side.
At The Surrey: the suite wide, the rolling rack and both mannequins, hanger and fabric detail, the LALO bar, the @angelbakednyc cookies, the grazing table, arrivals, the founders' toast, the collection interaction, the founders' editorial portrait, and the gift bag moment.
| TUE 28 AM | Crew lands, straight into the morning shoot. City and Surrey exteriors, the texture the recap opens on. |
| TUE 28 PM | On location early. Walk both rooms with your team, lock positions and power, confirm the run. |
| 4:00P | Crew call, load in at The Reserve |
| 4:30–5:00P | Empty court, branded nets, towels, balls, glassware, signage. All detail work before guests arrive. |
| 5:00–6:00P | Padel. Gameplay, slow-mo serves, reactions, portraits, footwear, fabric detail. Everything on your court shot list. |
| ~6:00P | One shooter breaks early to The Surrey to catch the room before guests and cover the first arrivals. The rest wrap the court and follow. |
| 6:00–6:30P | Suite, rack, mannequins, LALO bar, cookies, grazing table, gift bags, all shot clean before the room fills. |
| 6:30–8:30P | Press + tastemakers. Arrivals, cocktails, the toast, collection interaction, founders' portrait, sound bites, gift bag moment. |
| WED 29 | DELIVER: the full recap video, next-day, plus the first social deliverables cut specifically for TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts. |
| JUL 29–31 | DELIVER: the remaining cutdowns, carousels, and evergreen product library, rolled out across the days after so the moment keeps living. We prioritize placement with your team as we go. |
One shoot day, everything on your list. The morning buys us the city and Surrey exteriors, one shooter splits early to catch arrivals so nothing at The Surrey is missed, and the full recap lands the very next day. The remaining cutdowns, carousels, and the evergreen product library follow on a normal post schedule. Nothing over-produced, nothing left uncovered.
| DP | Justin Soto — primary camera, city unit, padel, portraits |
| Cinematographer / Lead Editor | Joe Huynh — second camera, detail and product, and the cut lives in-house |
| EP / Creative Director | Marcus Murphy — directing remotely, across every cut in post |
Two videographers on the ground. No local pickups, no strangers in the room. Fifty guests on a rooftop and in a suite doesn't need a larger unit, it needs the right two people who already know how each other work, with creative direction set before they land and carried through every edit.
On stills. Your brief calls for 8–10 hero stills for carousels, individual and group portraits, the founders' editorial portrait, and a clean product-only library off the mannequins. We're covering all of it, and the reason the run of show protects the 4:30 and 6:00 windows before guests arrive is so the product and detail work gets shot properly rather than pulled from video frames.
| IG Reels | 9:16, cut from the event and the city material |
| TikTok | 9:16 |
| IG Carousels | 4:5 · 8–10 hero stills covering collection, event, guests, details, gift bags. Mix of wide establishing and tight product detail. |
| Portraits | 3–5 individual attendee portraits court-side with full outfit visible, duo and trio candids, the group hero shot, and the editorial founders' portrait in front of the rack |
| IG Stories | 9:16, native feel |
| Post-event recap | The full recap video, delivered next-day (Wed the 29th). This is the hero deliverable. |
| Evergreen library | Clean product-only shots of every collection piece on mannequin, plus isolated shots of all branded touchpoints, usable across future marketing |
Delivery windows for the brief items confirmed with you before we travel, so they land when your channels need them rather than when post finishes.
